Custom Gifting FAQ’s
How do you do deliveries?
We typically send out our snack boxes or remote event boxes by Australia Post to get the most affordable rate for our clients. There is regular of express.
However we have a next day service if needed.
How much lead time do I need to give you?
Snack Proud can turn gifting projects around within a week or less if we have all your preferred snacks and drinks on hand. For larger jobs over 150 boxes, we may need to book in a picking slot, so it is best to give us 2 weeks lead time. It really just depends on what we have on that week.
Please do note that custom printed gift cards or stickers require 2 to 4 days production.
If we need to source anything unusual for your boxes like coconut bowls, candles or hats it is best to give us 3 weeks or more. You can always give us a call to discuss your projects and time frames so we can make the best recommendation. 1300 445 666.
Can you include my swag?
That usually isn’t a problem. We will just need to check the size and weight to ensure it will fit in a box with the snacks and / or beverages. We maybe charge a small extra fee to cover the stock receiving, storage and pick packing at the time of the project but this will all be clarified in your quote.
How many boxes can you pack?
Snack Proud 600 boxes per day and we have done projects with over 4000 boxes.
Can I pick what type of snacks and drinks to include the box?
We have over 250 SKUs so we can work with your to curate a package with sweet, savoury, healthy snacks or more indulgent treats. Our team will make some suggestions that will best suit your budget and brief and we can work together to make it perfect!
